The short version
Seon Room has no accounts and no place to type anything, so we never learn your name, email or anything else about who you are. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
While you are in a room
To show you to the people around you, the server holds your position, the action you are doing, your avatar look and a random name such as “Sleepy Otter”. This lives only in memory while you are connected and is gone when you leave. Ringing the bell stores only the time it last rang, for the 30-second rest.
In your own browser
Your bead count and your sound settings are saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Hosting and visit counts
Seon Room runs on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the page and to pick the nearest room region (Americas, Europe or Asia-Pacific), and keeps short technical logs. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you across sites.
Error reports
If the page breaks in your browser, it sends a short technical message (the error text, the page address without your room link, and your browser and graphics chip type) so we can fix it. It contains nothing about you.
Children
Seon Room has no chat and collects no personal information, so it is safe for any age. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone, children included.
